if they have pestered hundreds or thousands of women in their lives,

I am not suggesting folks call the cops for trivial issues.
I am suggesting communication tactics in hopes of avoiding cops.
But if you are violated or need these numbers for safety, here they are.
LONG TERM GOAL: tolerance
If we had a healthy, unrepressed, free country, clothing would be optional in general.
Naked bodies would appear naturally throughout the land.
In that healthy state there would not be this single zone of attraction for invasive types.
In that healthy state naked would be normal. In that state naked would not be a sexual cue.

Also, just telling people, "That's not ok," is good too. Some people have a bad sense of boundries, and you just have to be a little assertive.
I see and hear people call for tolerance (The capacity for or the practice of recognizing and respecting the beliefs or practices of others. Leeway for variation from a standard. The permissible deviation from a specified value of a structural dimension, often expressed as a percent.), that is good, and I would like to see more of it, and I think knowledge and understanding should go along with it. It's it's not too helpful if you don'tk now why you're being tolerant. -

I have an old cigarette case I could use,
its reflective inside would work like a charm.
In my experience, when the police hear from an area tto often, they would rather eliminate the source of the situation than handle it case by case. In case that's obscure, most oftern the official postition is that if people can't relate naked, no one gets to be naked.
We're all adults, behave accordingly and be proactive.
